Feedback from our customers
After 10 years, we were finally able to bottle our whisky for the first time on October 1st, 2025, and present it to a wider audience. Many people ordered one or more bottles without having tried the whisky before, showing us tremendous trust. We were very curious about the reactions and would like to share them here and update them regularly.

Restaurant Flora, Les Genevez
We were especially pleased that the Flora restaurant in Le Genevez not only included our whisky in their selection, but also incorporated it into their excellent game menu in November. Many thanks for that.
"I would like to inform you how much your whisky was appreciated on Saturday evening and Sunday. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the whisky – so much so that I have already run out of Double Wood in stock."

We had the honor of tasting your very first whisky, ten years old, finished in a Sauternes cask – and that's when it all clicked. We truly realized how much work, expertise, and time were required to achieve such a result. And what a result it is! We're not usually big whisky enthusiasts, but this... what a discovery! An explosion of aromas, without the sometimes overpowering intensity of certain whiskies. Instead, absolute finesse, a beautiful roundness, and that subtle sweetness – probably from the Sauternes cask – that lends it a rare elegance.

The 10-year-old single malt was very good, rich, with a lovely herbal body, notes of vanilla, vanilla cream, ripe and dried pears, and beautifully rounded malt aromas. Very pleasant to drink, creamy and elegant. The designation "finished in Sauternes casks" is somewhat misleading, as it matured for two years in new oak casks before being transferred to Sauternes casks for eight years. The Sauternes casks were heavier, milder, sweeter, and had well-integrated vinous aromas. A very good expression with quite a different profile. Personally, I preferred the other, more subtle expression. That's a matter of taste.
I gave it to my husband as a gift and he is absolutely thrilled with your whisky.

I had to try it... very nice, it's great how the Sauternes barrels are recognizable. Well done! Now I have the problem that I need another bottle for the holiday apartment.

Your whisky is wonderful! I can smell the Sauternes, so subtle yet unmistakable. It's velvety, with a soft, gentle burn—fantastic! We're not whisky connoisseurs, so this is simply our personal impression. But it's something to dream about.

What a great discovery!
I tried your whisky and it's excellent. I shared a glass with a connoisseur friend who was equally impressed.
Wonderful aromas of caramel, vanilla, and many other delicious ingredients. The barrel aging worked perfectly!
Thanks to its moderate alcohol content, it can also be enjoyed by people who don't like very strong whisky.

It won us over instantly, after the first sip. Five tasters, one shared smile at the discovery.

We tasted both types of whisky. For us, they are true masterpieces. The wonderful aromas are simply divine. We aren't particularly avid whisky drinkers, but your products have won us over.
