​1.Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to the business transactions of customers and business partners with MB-Distillerie via the website.www.mb-distillerie.ch.

2. Delivery conditions

The delivery area is limited to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery is carried out by a Swiss parcel service. The delivery times and delivery costs are agreed upon when ordering.

3. Orders

Orders are placed via the online shop www.mb-distillerie.ch. 

The price consists of the goods and delivery costs, which are shown on the invoice. Payment is made at the same time as the order is placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

. Twint

. Direct transfer in advance

Delivery only takes place while stocks last. If ordered items are not out of stock, customers will be informed and, if available, can order an equivalent delivery.

4.Right of withdrawal

Customers can withdraw from the sale with written notice within 10 days. The bottles and goods ordered (and delivered) must have arrived at the distillery unopened and undamaged during this time. Only then can the refund be made.

5. Data protection

The data provided for sales and marketing purposes will be stored in compliance with applicable regulations. Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Customers have the right to request information, correction and deletion of the stored data at any time. To do this, use the contact form on the website.

6. Minimum age for consuming spirits

By placing their order, customers confirm that they have reached the age of 18 and are therefore entitled to purchase the spirits on offer. We decline any liability. The purchase contract will lose its validity immediately if a customer violates this provision.

7. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich (Switzerland). Swiss law applies.
