On November 10, 2014, we registered the Müller Baumann & Baumann Distillery (MB-Distillery for short) in the commercial register and founded the distillery the following year.

To apply for a license, we had to distil 200 liters of spirit in an existing distillery, 100% converted. We stored this first whisky, which we did not distill, in Jack Daniels casks and after 7 years we decanted it into port casks. It will not be sold under the name Allaine whisky.

For the production site, we converted the old garage into a distillery room in accordance with legal requirements.

Things got exciting when the Tyrolean boilermaker 's burner was delivered and installed in July 2015.

The Brenner was our pride and joy.

And of course, the Federal Alcohol Administration's license designation JU-006 was already on it.
Now we could begin.
